Its core activity is a 1-6-month practice-oriented training that transfers the best professional experience and skills to its students through its special teaching method. Besides this, IDUCATE guarantees a job for those who finish the training with success. At IDUCATE, the training program is based on the Partner companies’ needs, that results in a guaranteed job opportunity already at the beginning of the training. On condition of signing a 18 months contract with our Partner company, our students' full training costs will be covered by them.

Since the training syllabus is based on the very own needs of our Partner company and you will have your traineeship at your future employer, you will become fully skilled to be able to start the job on day one. In exchange for your 18 months commitment, your employer will cover all your training costs.
